I want to be sure of something. I just got d new e-passport & really it is in replacement of d old one I lost lately. Now, I'm contemplating endorsing its observation page with the fact dat is it a replacement of d old one I lost.

ALLDRUNS,there is no need for you to do anything on d observation page,all u need 2 do is to state when re-applying to that particular country, that u:ve applied in year soo so and that this is not your first passport when u are feeling the application form,that is what i did in uk and it did not raise any suspision.
remeber to quote d date u applied and your appllication reference number.good luck
