i have done my four years of BBA in 2014 but my thesis is pending. It will take 2 months to be completed. I want to ask that can i attest my transcript from HEC & MOfa? will they do it?? because i heard that they don't attest transcript after 3 years of bachelors i moved on from Pakistan to saudi Arabia & now i want to do job here and i can't wait until I get my degree. After my completion of thesis I will still have to wait for 2 months to get my degree & i don't want to waste my time.
