1. Business Development Officer (Ref: XPC-BDO)
Job Description:
• Will handle all customer service issues with regards to the company functions
• Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
• Increase share of each market sector
• Research and Database
• Maintain an accurate and current database
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
• Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both clients and the company
• Be able to match appropriate products to clients’ requirements
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products
• Represent in a professional manner at all times
• Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director

Minimum Requirements
• Not older than 26 years old
• A bright, talented and self-motivated person, who has excellent organizational skills and highly efficient
• Efficient, focused and serious minded
• Minimum of HND or University Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Basic computer skills are required

Office Location: Ikeja

2. Front Desk Officer (XPC-FDO)
Job Description:
• Handle the office in the absence of other staff
• Handle and reconcile the office petty cash
• Relate with all customers, vendors and suppliers
• Receive and make calls as directed
• Handle all office documentation
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

Minimum Requirements
• Not older than 26 years old
• A bright, talented and self-motivated person, who has excellent organizational skills and highly efficient
• Efficient, focused and serious minded
• Minimum of HND or University Degree or equivalent
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Basic computer skills are required

Office Location: Ikeja

3. Accounts & Administrative Officer
Job Description

Keeping of account records

§ Reconciliation of bank statement with account books

§ Monitoring of cash flow

§ Handle transactions and businesses with all company registered banks

§ Verify all cash and cheque requests

§ Approving and disburse cash requests

§ Goods and Products importing and exporting administration

§ Facilitate foreign exchange transfers

§ Maintain proper filing of documents relating to financial transactions

§ Review invoices and statements

§ Prepare financial budgets

§ Prepare financial statement on monthly basis

§ Prepare Management Reports and MIS-related reports

§ Petty cash administration

§ Offer support services to other staff

§ Design policies for the administrative unit

§ Implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.

§ Design policies that will ensure the smooth running of the office

§ Directs the overall daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with office policy.

§ Ensures monthly payment of utility bills ( telephones, power, etc) of organization

§ Liaises with contractors and artisans

§ Assist with recruitment process of select positions within the organization

§ Ensures proper filing of documents related to administrative unit

§ Involved in maintenance and safeguarding company property

§ Assist the CEO with all administrative related functions

§ Coordinate travel logistics for all employees in the organization

§ Coordinate logistics for training programs and meetings

§ Assist Human Resources division in corresponding with select candidates and talents

§ Monitor and supervise the activities of administrative unit

§ Oversee management of incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization, and dispatch of outgoing mails

§ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

§ Maintain companies’ corporate and legal files in a systematic way

§ Order, stock and ensures distribution of office supplies for the entire organization

Ensures cleanliness and ambience of the entire office.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc.in accounting + 3 years experience.
Smart, intelligent with an eye for details
Organizational skills required
Proficient with Oral and written communication
