You really understand how the China procurement people can rip off unsuspecting clients. These questions are definitely coming from experience, especially that No 1 question.

I always wonder what is so difficult in having a hitch free customer service from most shipping logistic company. Most of it comes from the logistic company lying to "rope in clients" by giving ETA they can never fulfil and pricing they never really plan to stick to to lure you in.

About not replying messages --- Before we even commence any transaction with any client, we send a brief which answers most of the familiar questions but when a client refuses to read an already answered question in the brief we can only but keep referring such a client to the brief.


About empathy. --the only empathy we can show is by advising our clients on goods that might not worth buying.

we have over 100 positive reviews, so it's certain that we should have some bad comments and clients who are not well pleased with our services

keeping to Agreement---during the heat of covid19 we noticed that most clients found it difficult paying for the freight fees, so goods were left with us. A client even paid for her freight charges 10 months after the arrival of goods. The bulk of the shipping fee goes to the airline and customs duties For Funkam us to stay afloat we needed to demand from our clients to make a 30% commitment fee before shipment was done. that should be around October -December 2020.
unfortunately, this did not go down well with one of our old client
when a company is making losses it's expected for such a company to look for a way out. .for clarity sake , goods already in Lagos if not paid for, it becomes an issue for us because freight had already been paid by us in China.


feeling too big--- In business or any profit-oriented services, we have what is called the peacock stage which is expected for most businesses to go through and to also go pass for this if such ever occurred then I tender an apology.

So what makes us stand out.

I have for long chosen to speak in parables so that you correct yourself but as you want us to tear trousers, to me it is good so that others will learn. Kindly view these discussions as it is coming from one of the many agreement violations I am talking about that made me not trust you.

Upon wanting to execute the agreement I had with you in the first image, by this time RMB has risen, you denied the earlier agreement and claimed you have repatriated my money without my consent after taking your percentage on a purchase that was never executed. In the agreement which is the first image, I stated clearly that I prefer RMB and you agreed. How can you thereafter want to give me naira. Is that not a clear violation of the agreement. After this, you finally insisted on refunding me naira which you did despite the earlier agreement which you signed. Note also that you took a 10 percent commission on this money even when the purchase was not made the proof is also intact.
