We have Direct /Written Mandate by the Owner to sell a FILLING

STATION at Tin Can Area, Apapa. Lagos. This BRIEF is solely given to

our Firm .We only want to deal with The buyer or His/Her Direct Agent

or Lawyer .

We have set the following Procedure for the intended buyer to follow.
1. We have to meet you or your Direct Agent/Lawyer Physically in our office for Face To face Discussion
2. Letter of expression of Interest by the Buyer should be written on their Letter Head
3. A proof of Genuine source of Funding by the buyer has to be provided for us.
4. Upon recieving 2 & 3 Above, along with the Mandate Letter from the Buyer, we shall also show you our own Power of Attorney To sell
5. Then Inspection can be done by the buyer and if he likes to proceed,
6. Letter of Offer should be sent to us
7. Upon Recieving the Offer, we shall discuss with the Owner and if he agrees, a reply for Acceptance of the offer will be done Immediatelly
8. Then we can now set up a meeting between the Buyer and Seller for final discussion and other issues .
9. Please be noted that we have set up these procedures for the whole excercise to be free and also to deal with Serious Buyer directly without wasting time of the two parties.
