Job Description:
Management of product performance to achieve profit targets through correct and accurate reporting
Responsibility for optimizing product profitability and identifying areas of development and or enhancement as applicable, based on internal and external insight
Strong understanding of the relationship of customer numbers on proposition plans, mix and profit with recommendations to ensure targets are achieved
Understand all gross margin elements and contribution of products with recommendations for improvements wherever necessary.
Deliver regular business reporting and monthly forecasting for capacity and resource planning
Effective forecasting of impacts through the business planning process, monthly and annually.
Drive the understanding and importance of customer lifetime value and how this can be enhanced to deliver strong product profitability and drive proposition development
Understand Commercial and Operational performance indicators of products
Identify key product performance measures and monitor with business owners to ensure objectives are achieve
Chair cross functional forums to deliver commercial objectives as applicable
Analysis of customer behavior and create patterns for development of appropriate marketing and promotional campaigns
Work with the ES sales and consumer Marketing team to development communication contents for internal and external customers across all marketing medias.\
Support revenue assurance initiatives which require operational input
Product Development Support:
Support the development of initial product definitions and subsequent business cases to secure approval/funding of development.
Capex/Opex management of specific product and proposition development initiatives as applicable
Conduct post-implementation monitoring and reviews for new products launches versus business case recommending actions to optimize P & L and customer experience or remedy adverse trends.

Job Conditions: Selection will be based on a full day Assessment Centre, which will include; An interview A planning exercise An exercise in your chosen specialism (Sales Operations, Sales or Marketing) A group exercise No preparation is necessary for any exercise. If you are successful in being short listed, you will be notified of the day you will be required to attend your Assessment Centre.

COMPETENCIES
o Provide professional input and advice to the GM ES Propositions and Marketing Relations in developing an ES strategy.
o Leadership of a professional in-life propositions and product management team to meet targets for profitability and revenues, as agreed with the GM ES Propositions and Marketing Relations.
o Manage each in-life product and service on a profit and loss account basis, using financial performance data to make individual product investment and withdrawal decisions.
o Manage the integration of lines and GSM products into enterprise solution propositions for ES customers.
o Use market gap analysis and segmentation data to make decisions on the update and churn of in-life products and services.
o Maintain in-life products and services within the distinct Enterprise Solutions brand and the “master brand” strategy managed by MTN Nigeria Marketing Group.
o Develop and document an in-life propositions and product management process for all ES products and services management, which is fully compatible with MTN Nigeria processes.
o Manage product withdrawal, ensuring that alternative solutions are available to customers, that a migration path to alternative services is properly planned and that the changes are effectively communicated.
o Work with the Product and Value Pricing Manager, ES Marketing and MTN Finance groups to develop a competitive price which generates agreed margins for all in-life products and services.
o Work with the ES Communications Planning Manager to develop effective in life marketing communications.
o Work with the Propositions and Product Development Group, identifying gaps in the market where new products and propositions can be developed to provide valuable and competitive enterprise solutions.
o Full integration of quality management processes within the In-Life Propositions and Product Management Group and their effective deployment on a day-to-day basis.
o Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and take appropriate managerial action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
o Provide performance data to support management decision-making.
o Ensure full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws.
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers.

Assists in capture, logging and tracking of billing, performance, contract compliance and relationship issues

Qualification:
B.Sc Computer Science(or equivalent)
At least two years experience in infrastructure services

2. Facilities Management Manager

This role entails you making sure that all services such as Local Area Network (LAN), Facilities Conference Room Equipment, UPS, Distributor Hardware, Handhelds, etc are available at all times

Qualification
B.Sc Computer Science (or equivalent)
