Deelola: It feels good to know i'm not alone..i find it very difficult having new friends because i am very reserved,quiet n my appearance complement these qualities.I don't like snapping pixs,prefers reading to gisting/talking.I think very fast.

Thank God i'm nt alone.i always knw i wz diff bt ppl around me dnt jst undrstand.i only hv 4frnds(male) til 2day.dnt party,go 2social event,talk in dcrowd,avoid attention.i luv siting at d sides in buses or at dback in dchurch.i prefer bein alone 4 a yr wt my laptop,phone &buks 2 goin 2party 4 1day.i'm 100%introvert

Nice one guys. I think it's about time we discuss as a family on practical ways we can improve our self like setting certain goals daily such as starting a conversation with a stranger.. Kindly share your opinion on this. Cheers.

I kinda agree with your idea of improving ourselves but having a conversation with a stranger I don't think that's such a good idea.

For an introvert being in a company of strangers is not a kind of remedy for loneliness, it makes us restless and uncomfortable unlike being alone which could be refreshing.

..how come I never saw this thread earlier... I so much relate with most of d scenarios here. it's so hard trying to maintain conversations with people who I'm not that close to. some people do mistake it for pride and I don't really care. I'll rather stay in my room all day and read than go to any social functions
