Please what mild detergent can I find in Nigeria for washing of my babies clothes. my 6 months old is having a tribble rash, used a lot of things but all to no avail, plus his skin is really dry and itchy. His skin is even cracking. Please help me with suggestions. tired of going to doctors. |

have you taken your baby to a skin doctor? please see one if you haven't. |

I have taken him to his pediatrician, he gave some antifungal to use, but it comes back after a while. |
