Wife of the slain member of Osun State House of Assembly, Mrs. Oluranti Olagbaju, whose husband, Odunayo was assassinated 10 years ago, has berated the state governor, Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, on the state pardon given to her husband’s killers.

Olagbaju, a member of the state House of Assembly on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) representing Ile-Ife constituency between 1999 and 2003, was murdered on December 20, 2001 in Ile-Ife by  Olaolu Adegbaju and Ekundayo Odubade, who were convicted in 2006 and condemned  to death by hanging but were recently pardon, by the state governor. i said dnt make a case out of this. Who is talking about justification here? How many of such people hav been linked to death of politicians without havin anything to do with it? Police use them to cover for the main killer. If a clear evidence is not established against d defendants in a case like this(blame our poor justice system for this), and sentenced to death, then why wont they get pardon?

So because he killed a popular politician and not an ordinary man he is not liable for pardon??
