Please good people of N'Land, i need u guys help, please just tell me how sure u're. Am presently in one of the European countries now and I wanted to study here but due to racial issues I won't. Now I want to study in the UK or Canada. My worry is this. The embassy need a financial proof and the tuition fee for my choice of university is around $9,000 (nine thousand Canadian Dollars), please i ask, must i provide this money before they can give me a student visa or more than this amount or less, like how much?
