For examples from batch B13 states like borno, yobe didn't camp when others were in camp as at C13 and A14 the number increased and now they decide to call it stream 2 Becos we have a quite number of them, don't also forget that Kano was not originally part of stream 2 but Becos of the recent unrest they had to include them which means we have about 8 state, so don't be pessimistic about stream 2.
