The camp is in Paiko. Not before or after, it's very close to the main road from Suleja.

@Tolu: Thanks for the clarification. DO you mind me ask a few questions??

1. Are you currently serving in Niger?
2. How is the security issue at the moment?
3. Do you know anybody while in camp that redeployed sucessfully ?

1. No I'm not serving yet, I was posted to Niger just like you. I worked my service to Abuja but was thrown back to Niger but I intend to redeploy as I am tired of Minna (Nursery, Primary, Secondary, University all minna).

2. As I said somewhere else, Security wise Niger state is about the most peaceful state in
the North. Redeploying based on security won't even hold
water anywhere cos it's very very peaceful.

3. I don't cos I'm also just going for the first time.

PS: By the way this your ID sounds/look familiar. Did you use to be in the football betting thread?

Board NSTA bus from Oyingbo, Lagos to Minna its #3500 when you get to Minna, taxi/ car to Paiko camp is just #150. Safe journey.
I dont thinks those coming from Abuja axis need to get to Minna, you will just alight at Paiko junction the camp gate is trekable from there but because of your luggages; you will might need a cab to camp.)

I'm not aware of any serious hotel in Paiko, there should be small guess inns but I dont think it'll make sense except you are confortable with an Ok place just to hang till morning. I will advise to Get a hotel in Tunga in Minna town, you can leave as early as possible to Paiko in the morning on Tuesday.
