That's not true... I've been having this issue with spectranet for a while.. I wanted to subscribe for the new 4k for 20gb nightplan.. But spectranet didn't allow me to change.. spectranet claimed I bought my modem for a promo price of 10k and I must pay 10k extra before I can migrate to the new plans..
Spectranet has terrible customer service, all they want is for you to pay them money.. after payment they start treating you anyhow..

Don't see any difference between spectranet network and my glo network coupled with Spectranet's very terrible customer service..
All they care about is making you buy the modem, after that they start treating you anyhow...
If you want good broadband services buy swift or smile modem..

Lol, you know we are funny in this country oh! How will u call something 4G LTE and Limit it to 2Mbps speed? LOOL. Kai! We don suffer.
Even regular 3G/HSPA+ can go up to 21Mbps. 2Mbps 4G LTE. LOL.
