My battery temperature doesn't go below this point. It has even reached 50°c before while I was charging with a powerbank. The phone was very hot ehnnn and was beeping continuously until I switched off, then later it stopped charging while on- then started reducing percentage even when plugged in . By then I was already wondering how to take this baby phone to Lagos for repairs from Enugu, I got angry anyway and pulled my simcard into my nokia phone , left it for so many hours then came back and charged it to 100% while switched off.
It then started behaving well.... but still doesn't go below this degree Celsius. And my Wi-Fi ishh was already off by default.
I can't afford to lose this phone now, it gathers many attentions and It's about to celebrate its 2months 'buyday' by this week. lols....
I love my infinix oh, gives me better heartbeats - hahahah this phone is just so unpredictable.

Yeah, we're just unlucky to get it. It's not a fault, it's a partition parameter whereby the rest of the 16G is allotted to installed apps. I can help you repartition your 16G to allow you get more space for your files but it's a hardware tweak and really dangerous so I'll tell you to forget matter and get a 32G or 16G memcard. Sorry bro I wanted to return mine when I saw that shiii but after googling, I saw it was among the specific partition parameter for MTK with internal ROM of 16g

I just upgraded my infinix & d whole process took less than 15minutes. Not had any of dese complaints I see here apart from d phone heating up which for me happens when it's plugged in & I'm operating
Glad I didn't let the many complaint discourage me & hoping I won't be disappointed by the phone later on

Try this

1---- Remove the app from the home screen if you have it there
2----- Now go to your apps, click and hold the system update app until "app info" appears at the top of the screen
3----- drag the app and drop it on the "app info"
4------ on the app info screen, click on "force stop" and clear the app cache and data
5------- launch the app and download your update
