Money can be paid directly with an ATM card to an ecash without token.
You also open a mobile money account with your bank.
Would have prescribed voguepay but their conditions are unfavourable.
These are easy payment options.

we don't collect recharge pin because u could accidentally buy an invalid recharge card (I guess u know those open recharge card) and wen we receive this and inform u the issue, d recharge-card seller may not beliv u. and thereby making u doubt our loyalty.

Why should a mobile network operator decide to use someone's private account which he is not bold enough to disclose here to allocate mobile data, and wants us to contact him via a private whatsapp no? Or transfer credit to a private etisalat no? Is this not sheer fraud on rampage? And why is he so desperate to give out the account number? I don't need to try it out to know its sheer fraud.
