My name is David and i reside in Ojuelegba. Most people - Business men and women, people on jobs that require time and presence find it tough to arrange/clean the house, work and take care of the kids altogether. I can help lift a bit of the burden by arranging/cleaning your entire house, i work solely and i try to be efficient. So my number is 08110275067. You can chat via whatsapp and also call or text. Good Day All and Thank you

I like this line of work because it's an emerging one but it's one that relies on "trust" so people would like to certain who they let in their home.
So here is my advice build a story of what your prospective clients go through daily and why they would require your Proffessional help. Also do a simple branding etc logo to stand out. Prompt your stories and share work done on platform like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Sometimes do paid advert on those platform. I know it cost alot but like it's always said and I would say it in pidgin na money we dey take chase money. More so get people to share their testimonies with you on WhatsApp and share on those social media. I hope this much insight would guide you in growing the business. Wish you all the best bro

THE SKILLS AND QUALITIES EMPLOYER WANT WHEN THEY EMPLOY FRESH GRADUATE

According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers Job Outlook 2018 Survey there exists a handful of significant skills that employers are seeking from new college grads.who are about to enter the workforce.
Below you’ll find the skills hiring managers say need to be part of the college grad repertoire. So if you’re on the hunt for an entry level job, read on to learn what these skills are and how to master them.

*Ability to work in a team

Unlike your career as a student, where you're really the only one who can make or break your success, the workplace depends on teams of people to get the job done. No surprise that 82.9% of hiring managers want to know you can work well with lots of different personalities. You'll need to learn how to delegate, take direction, value differences of opinion, play to your and your co-workers' strengths and weaknesses, and to point out your co-workers' contributions to projects.

*Critical thinking/problem-solving

This year, there was a tie for first place, as 82.9% of managers want to see new college graduates tout excellent problem-solving skills. Many hiring managers use behavioural interview questions—phrases such as "tell me about a time when" or "give me an example of"—to assess a job candidate’s critical-thinking ability. Thus, you’ll want to prepare anecdotes that paint you as a problem solver. And trust me, it will be tough giving employers examples when you don't have work experience.

*Writing proficiency

The survey found that 80.3% of managers feel writing proficiency is the most desirable hard skill among recent college graduates. Submitting a well crafted cover letter is crucial, but there are some other unconventional ways to highlight your writing chops.
If you volunteered to be the secretary for a group project in college, include that on your resume, depending on the nature of the industry—marketing, communications or journalism to name a few—you might also bring writing samples with you to job interviews.

*Leadership

It’s a tall order: 72.6% of hiring managers want potential hires with great leadership skills. Believe it or not, there are ways you can show possible employers that you have leadership potential before you even enter the workforce.
If you held a leadership role in college (e.g., president of the French club), highlight it on your resume. If you emerged as the informal leader on a group project, talk about the experience during the job interview. Also, get letters of recommendation from former internship managers that speak to your leadership skills.

*Strong work ethic

You need to be committed to your job responsibilities and understand that doing your job is more than just a means to a paycheck—after all, a company stands for something beyond business and so should you. That's why 68.4% of hiring managers want to see new hires demonstrate a strong work ethic. Show up on time, be engaged in your work, and act with integrity.

P.S: Highlight your skills on your resume IS THIS A QUALITY TOO
Now that you know which attributes to highlight in order to turn heads, you'll want to feature them prominently on your resume, in addition to your quantifiable achievements.

These are some recomemded accounting skills for you;

SAGE 50
• BASIC EXCEL
• ADVANCE EXCEL
• QUICKBOOKS
• FINANCIAL MODELING
• TALLY ERP
• MICROSOFT ACCESS
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PMP)
• AUDIT COMMAND LANGUAGE

Let see. Were you a former employee or have friend and relative who probably must have had a terrible experience there. This one story isn't enough to convince others you need to find victims to corroborate your story so that it can get the desired publicity. I understand though and I hope the company takes care of her image before their unprofessional and unconducive enivroment stories blows out of proportion

I am a former employee of the company, it was more of slavery, our salary is always delayed comes sometimes as late as 15th of the next month. People get fired without notice all the time. Employees there live in fear, I am grateful i left when i did. Please don't let someone close to you or someone you care for work for those people, I know there are no jobs but sometimes being without a job is better than being a slave. When an employee gets injured, there is no health insurance, there is no career path, you could be employed as an accountant but do the job of both account, marketing, inventory, warehouse management for same pay. The worst part is they don't use technology, everything is manually done and in the most crude way, if u care about your education and skills as well as your phycological Heath, that's not a place to work. I wasn't told my working hours but soon realised i worked from 8am to 9pm sometimes 10, Mondays to Saturdays and sometimes on Sunday. I literally had no life outside them, there were spys watching your every move and reporting to Oga. There was no structure of any sort, everything revolved around Oga and his family members.Graduates become morons when they come there. I think i have said enough already, do share your experience with them after you work there and return.
Many people don't talk about there experiences with bad employees in Nigeria, they just get up and leave believing God would judge. Besides the company bears different names, Solar Energy Ventures Industry Entreprise, NGS Group, Sapatech etc so many people get confused about them.
I am an ex employee and summoned the courage to speak up alot of this people might not know there are platforms like this where their voices can be heard. Be sides this is a company whose owner pays Police officers to arrest and detain employees. I am sure with time other people would be willing to share their stories
