Considering the number of bread sellers i see on a daily basis around Lagos, I've never seen any bakery! Even the bread sold these days do no have labels. So how do we trace the producers if there is any health issue... I hope the relevant Govt. agencies, eg NAFDAC, are doing their job... |

mmhhh...you better be careful. I buy bread direct from bakery, since way back s a kid, cos dats my mum's style. if you buy from stores, ensure there is a label. there are bakeries everywhete...most are even located within residential areas. |
