it all started like a small fire. a friend of mine wrote a proposal with which she carries on her business in the education sector. she then employed some persons to work with and for her. after about 6 months with her, her admin person resigned. 3 months later, she discovers she has gone off (stolen more like)with one of her proposals and changed just the company name. she sets up a competing business using absolutely the same proposal and same product name. my friend wants to sue, should she?
