I bought Elephone BT2 from u about 2 month ago and having problems with it. A section of the top of the screen is dead, a little bit above the power button, is just not responding to touch. If I rotate the the I can't type letters S & Z and ,. Then this morning I noticed another problem, the screen started acting wild, as if something is touching it. It will open different apps or place call by it self. Though that seems to stop now. I am wondering if there is way I can claim warranty on the phone?
Did u update to the latest update via ota, if yes downgrade, the update has been proven to ave more bugs..

I'm also using Ulefone Be Touch 1 since 1st June '15 courtesy of Elijahdre , great I-phone 6-like design but freezes or hangs ocassionally.
