Responsibility:

Maintains and uses lists in database format.
• Compiles and reports information from records, documents, etc.
• Prepares and edits reports and correspondence for style, correct English usage, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Monitors general area, entry ways and visible perimeter for potential security issues.
• Notifies appropriate parties in the event of a security breach.
• Performs general internet and web-based research.
• Coordinates and records conference room scheduling.
• Performs various bindery duties as needed.
• Establishes and maintains files and records.
• Coordinates and reconciles billing for personal mailing and shipping costs.
• Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
Answers, screens and directs a high volume of telephone calls and inquiries, referring callers to the appropriate departments and offices, on a statewide basis.

Requirement:

Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow through on work assignments with little supervision.
• Ability to operate generally used office machines.
• Proficiency in the use of computer technology, and ability to learn and use the Association’s software programs, including database software.

Minimum of 2 years experience.

Bachelor’s degree/HND in(English language), Mass Communication, or in any other relevant field.
