I don't have a certain pattern for feeding like most people for Average families in Nigeria. I for oNe could find myself eating just once a day with lotS of water and on some other days 5 different plates are down the drain.. Of late, been munching on just fruits and half meals and yet, I never felt better satisfied. Above all, Eating Healthy Is The Most Important of it all! 6 Likes |

I eat just once a day Plus, iDo drink water every morning as I wake as it kills any pathogenic Microbes and helps to boost my Immune system.it is normal routine for me and I hardly get sick for over 10 years plus now except a tad bit of headache sparingly.
