he only need to establish all the required element needed in establishing rape,which include lack of consensus ad idem,penetration. the problem is not on how to win the case but the issue is that Judges ar always lenient in apportioning full judgement instead they apportion attempted rape punishment for rape ( in many cases). 1 Like |
