I've been hearing about how difficult it is to win a rape case in court. What I wanna ask here is if any lawyer here was able to win a rape case and How He/she did it. Thanks smiley

he only need to establish all the required element needed in establishing rape,which include lack of consensus ad idem,penetration. the problem is not on how to win the case but the issue is that Judges ar always lenient in apportioning full judgement instead they apportion attempted rape punishment for rape ( in many cases).
