For me GEJ saying abolishing age limit its just way of cajoling the youths of this country just because he knows he has already failed the youths of this country. In as much as the facts you stated are completely correct and crystal clear,I have to say first that there are youths that would step in there and perform so well..We shouldn't condemn the youths outrightly but give the very good ones a chance to prove themselves and I believe that was what the president had in mind when he brought that idea forward,remember that he has seen and worked with all shades of people....

40-year age limit for anyone aspiring to be the president of a country is OK. Below that age will not be good for our democracy. Not many less-than-forty year olds are matured enough to lead their household let alone govern a whole country.
