Hello Master P, I went through your post and thought I should share this with you and anyone here that might be in same situation. I used to be regular here back in 2012 before I travelled. Concerning your app, I doubt if anyone exist that would say your documents didn't make a good app but the thing with their refusal letter is that its not detailed enough. It happened to my wife, she was denied solely on travel history but I was advised by a consultant here to request for her case note from CIC which I did, and to my greatest surprise their main reason for denial had to do with finance which was not even ticked on the refusal letter. Sometimes it might happen that when you're trying to repackage based on the reasons on the refusal letter, you might still miss the main reason. Therefore I suggest that if you have the time and have someone in Canada (cos you can't do it from Nigeria) to request for the case files for the two app, do it. You have to fill out a consent form for the person to do it on your behalf and cic will release your case file within 30 calendar days. Each request cost CAD 5 and I suggest you request for the two apps. It's a very detailed note that states all the reasons and consideration the VO made for his decision. Compare both (I bet there must be something common) and that might be a good place to start repackaging. Hope this helps. 10 Likes |

mamula: My docs are, I don't have much experience with canny visa so I can't say much about what you need to add, but one or two things I noticed in your personal docs is the absence of your CV and employment letter(s). I didn't add any employment letter myself but I included my detailed CV which tallied with what I have in my SOP and the IMM1294E form. And again, check your IMM1294E for any error and if you left some *points unattended to or unsaved. Click save even after validating. I wish you the best |

chuckie414:if you can gather your docs now till the week runs out then you should apply through the online route...i think you are still good to go...you still have like 9 weeks before your resumption date nd according to records the online route takes 8 weeks but you really need to fast about it. Wish you success in your application. |
