Fear Of Ebola: Pillar Of Salt (lot’s Wife) Reported Stolen From Isreal by FNNEWS: 3:08pm On Aug 12, 2014
Despite the widespread disclaimer that Salt is neither a prevention nor cure for the Ebola virus, investigations by FNN reveals that a large number of Nigerians are still bathing with, drinking salt solutions and adding excess in cooked food. Reports reaching FNN states that Nigerians abroad are not left out.

FNN gathered that the Famous pillar of Salt (Lot's wife) - a pilgrimage and tourist site in Sodom, Israel has disappeared and Authorities has disclosed that Africans, especially Nigerians on pilgrimage there are the prime suspects.

As at the time of this report, details were still sketchy but some believe the salt statue wasn't stolen but voluntarily went into hiding, knowing that it's continuous existence is at risk, especially with a population like Nigeria believing it is a cure for the deadly Ebola virus.

In the meantime FNN calls on Nigerians to observe clean hygiene like washing of hands regularly with soap and avoid touching of people with symptoms of Ebola in a bid to prevent contracting the virus.

More as the story develops.
