Love is patient and kind.It is not jealous or conceited or proud. It is not ill-mannered or irritable or selfish:love does not keep a record of wrongs, love is not happy with evil but is happy with truth.love never gives up and its faith, hope and patience never fail.
We all have religious conditionings and can't see eye to eye on many issues, the solution is not trying to trump or out-do each other with everything at our disposal.I'm sure if some had arms and could see each other there would be bloodshed. If you are reading this and you know and honestly know your religion is better, you would show it through love and not endless bouts of insults.....keeps me wondering who will even make the heaven
BUT THEN, what do I know?........Love is all I know and want to keep knowing

Muslims were the fore-runners in Science, the foundations of many scientific works were based on the earlier works of Muslims. Islam encourages seeking knowledge, Science is a part of Islam. It was never Haram, and it would never be Haram. Read about Islam.

LagosShia: Iranian mathematician Maryam Mirzakhani wins the Fields Medal, considered the Nobel of math, and breaks into a male-dominated academic elite. All 52 previous winners of the award were men.

A female mathematician has won the most prestigious prize in math for the first time, a hugely symbolic breakthrough for gender equality in one of the most male-dominated areas of academic research.

She trained and works in the USA
USA Made her
Iran had nothing to do with her success
Her fellow women in Iran are getting stoned

You guys are pathetic
Just to give this an Islamic flare you had to dig out a picture of her while she lives in Iraq and was mandated to wear a hijab
Why not post her current pictures from the same sites that gave you links to the story
She has since burned her hijab

This is her on a regular day
Typical tomboy
She could even be mistaken as gay by her looks
The hijab picture is from her Iranian days

wellmax: So because she's from Iran , it has now become an Islam affair.
I challenge Nigerian alajas to do the same and show us their academic prowess.
Congrats to the woman jare

The woman looks like a gay woman while at Sanford
Not the hijabi being portrayed

read her biography well. she attained higher education in Iran. She obtained her BSc in mathematics (1999) from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran. She went to the United States for graduate work, earning a PhD from Harvard University (2004), where she worked under the supervision of the Fields Medalist Curtis McMullen. She was also a 2004 research fellow of the Clay Mathematics Institute and a professor at Princeton University. she was not born in the US. the fact remains that and this case has demonstrated that females born in Muslim societies where hijab is used can even outperform their non-muslim counterparts.

and by the way in Iran, where the hijab is mandatory for all mature females, there are more female than male university students. the Islam islamophobes want to paint for the world will lose eventually. Islam is for progress and education, and for life in both this world and the next.

You don't disagree with me so what is the problem here, she had a first degree in Iran in 1999 and left Iran for the USA
She obtained her PHD in the USA and lives and teaches in the USA

Reading the OP you would think this was a hijabi living and working in Iran under Islam when that is far from the truth
This is a regular woman who dresses like a tomboy and just happens to be an Iranian
The very links on your posts has her dressed in her regular outfits but you had to find perhaps a picture from 1999 to make this appear Islamic when it's not
How are you even sure she is still a Muslim?
Has she attributed any of her success to Islam?

This is a clip showing her at the award ceremony
Is there anything Islamic about her appearance?
The whole world is buzzing about a woman and a minority immigrant winning a prize never before won by a woman and you are making it an Islamic affair
Did she tell you she was a Muslim

Or is it once Muslim always one?
