Hello 'Landers,

I'm looking for a place as described above. I'm moving back to Naija in a two weeks and need this place for one year. Requirements are as follows.

1. Running water via mains / borehole.
2. Internal parking space for at least one car.
3. Reasonably sized room. (I know it's a mini flat, so I'm not asking for a palace, but you should see some of the ones I've seen)
4. 1 year rent only.

I have someone reliable who can view for me, and I can also trust him to send the rent to him if the flat is right and it needs to be closed before I get back at the end of the month.

Are you flexible on your requirements (location/budget)? If so, I will like you to consider a flat currently available at Ikoyi extension (Lekki Phase 1). The owner is willing to collect one year rent (which is a huge sticking point for others) and it also fits all your other requirements (24/7 light, water, security, ample parking space, spacious rooms).

People now call Lekki 1 ''Ikoyi extension'' because of the new cable bridge. Links Ikoyi (Bourdillion Rd) to Lekki (Admiralty Rd) in minutes. It is very good especially when going to mainland/Ikeja because it links you straight to 3rd mainland bridge approach, by-passing the whole VI traffic.
