well, that's the usual comment from people who don't like egusi. It also depends on how it's prepared. I usually add bitterleaf when preparing my egusi unlike some people that just use only waterleaf. May be you should try it that way if you haven't

Na bitterleaf na. How person go use waterleaf before. I can try eat it the 1st day it's cooked, but subsequent days-no way and that's after adding small 'ogbono' to it sef.
