Well I've got good news for you: I recently bought a package from a new host company (A2Wpress) that came with three websites, each with one year hosting, e-commerce, shopping cart, travel agency & do-it-yourself customization tools. I needed two, which I'm presently giving some finishing touches
In essence, the websites come pre-designed for you, but you can customize it further to suit your purpose, which I can actually help you do if you don't have the time.
By implication, I'm not a web designer, but I resell (as well as customize) standard business websites that will suit any business: involving online payment, travel consultancy, online shopping etc. at relatively affordable prices.
