Let me be honest with you. By the time johesu gets that approval, assassinations, fetishness and diabolical methods will be the other of the day among the members to attain that position.

However, one place where you guys can come in is this: These CMDs have penchant for quelling protests from doctors because they have the "tactics" and the "fear factor" for their (CMDs') constituency. This leaves the johesu as a viable alternative to checking the excesses of these CMDs and rightly so, these CMDs recognise johesu more when it comes to protangonist to their wicked ways in the hospital. Now that is one significant input that you can make which will earn you guys so much respect from the rest of the hospital staff, not by trying to create more problems for everyone including yourselves. Remember that once they get to that positions, these CMDs are no more doctors but politicians who won't hesitate to "_fuck" a doctor up. So if chukwu has issues of questionable integrity hanging over him which will mostly hinder him from making positive decisions in administration, then it's only reasonable that he gives way to someone with a clean record who has his/her integrity to protect.
