I started Monday on 73.1 kg
Two pork steaks.
1/3 of a 1kg frozen peas(microwaved)
I fried egg (kids left over)
Decaffinated coffee with yaky skimmed milk 3 cups
1 moi moi
2 small sausages
1 fried fish
1 beef steak.


Tuesday I ran to catch a bus!
Not hungry in the morning plus was in a hurry.
Half slice brown bread plenty margarine (loads, covered the whole bread)
2 pork steaks
1/2 pack crispy salad
1/3 frozen peas (microwaved)
250 gram yogurt with 2 spoons sweeteners and a handful of frozen summer fruits.
3 meatballs (kids left over)

Jumped 650 times. 50 jumps stop. 50 jumps stop. 100 jumps stop . 100 jumps stop. 150 jumps stop. 100 jumps stop.
If I were on a low calorie diet this jumps would have given me a head ache

Wednesday
72.4 kg.
All I can think of is the butter I ate yesterday... How is this scientifically possible?
So this is breakfast today
1 and 1/2 boiled egg.
1/2 pack crispy Salad
1 pork shop
3 beef (for burgers)
1/2 frozen mixed vegetables (microwaved)

Jumped 300 this morning
100 stop. 3 times.

Will be using the two jeans I'm the picture to check visible difference.
