I use Tecno M7, I just woke up one morning only to see my phone wiped, contacts, messages, apps, all wiped, it literally did factory reset for itself. I tried to put things up and keep the device back on track but its only whatsapp, BBM and Operamini that are connecting to the internet..... others are not,even Playstore, except i use a wireleess data connnection.its been like that for close to two weeks now.

iyisco2001: I am quiet happy this kind of thread exists.
I use a HTC one x, which has loads of issues, I bought it London used and it's AT&T branded, now let me list dem.
1.It gets hot on use, if I browse for long hours, game or do anything powerful.
2.the battery drains fast, not to mention that it even shuts down these days at 10percent, a hundred percent charge doesn't last 4hrs on browsing alone.
3.I can't create or share hotspots.
4.I broke my screen.(although I know I'll have to change that)
5.and my battery is I (guess), also due for change.
Your advice would be appreciated.
