Being a Commissioner or Minister in LAGOS, does NOT require you to be a Lagosian!

The requirements for those posts are:

1.) be in the same political circles as per party or association, of the current decider (President or Governor)

2.) Be a sponsor of their campaign (Money rules!)

3.) Be ina position to "return the favor", sometimes in the future "read; next election
