Lagos - There was panic among patients and doctors at
the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi- Araba
following the death of a patient, who is suspected to have
Ebola.
The patient was brought to the hospital by members of the
health authorities at the Murtala Muhammed International
Airport, Ikeja on Monday night, reports NewsDay
The patient was brought to the hospital vomiting blood
and was stooling.
He was taken to a special room in the hospital to
determine whether she had contracted the virus or not
Doctors on duty were scared of attending to him and had
to call the Lagos State Government to come and take him
to the Ebola isolation centre.
He died in the early hours of Tuesday before the team from
the Lagos State government arrived the hospita.

His corpse has been deposited at Infectious Diseases
Hospital for testing and confirmation of the cause of death.

so now it's Kano, Port harcourt, Jos and Lagos. The minister is on top of the situation, the FG is trying. no matter how many cases, we would still buy the cars and non-ebola materials.

bunch of lying, selfish officials

by the way, the doctors in UPTH went on protest yesterday. apparently, the hospital was yet to get a single PPE against ebola. no Infra-red Thermometer and no protocol for possible ebola cases.
