The way it works is that with your Nigerian PayPal account, you can order from any US website such as

or any website, you just have to make sure that the delivery address is for the guys Houston office. He will then consolidate your goods for delivery in Lagos.

Charge is $3.95 per shipping pound (different from weight) and I think it's fantastic (it's not the cheapest but I like this guy and his manner).
