there is no point giving out my unit number because like i said, I had to pay via the paypal promo which takes $20 off shipping cost, I have paid already but I ensured I didnt add more DVds to it to avoid gbese

i can assure you they will deliver your item to your doorstep as promised, you can bank on them when its comes to delivery of items as long as you follow the right processes involved, but the funny charge I was given on a DVD tape based on dimension makes no sense, it wasnt worth it at the end of the day

I was about to change to this shipping company but this will be a U-turn for me.

Dear STMD/Nduka,

I paid for my items in your warehouse thru paypal and the money has been already deducted and paypal sent me a receipt but this morning, I got a mail from you informing me that my free 21 days has just 3 days left. I logged back in and saw that the items that I paid for them to be shipped are still showing in the warehouse. Logged into my Paypal and saw that the payment I made is yet to be claimed.

Kindly look into this please.

I can't take this anymore and i wont advise anybody to make use of this company, I received a shipment on the 11-10-2015 (Delivery 6) of an item i don't need i told STMD to remove the package from my warehouse, i called over 3 times to get Delivery 6 removed from my warehouse on 12-01-2015 STMD Started charging me daily for over stay of the item in my warehouse, Later on 12-22-2015 i got another package delivered to my warehouse, STMD intentionally merged the 2 packages (Delivery 6 and Delivery 9) and started charging me for overstay on both items, i called the customer care again and told them i need the Deliveries Split-ed so i can pay for Delivery 9 alone since they have refused to remove delivery 6 from my warehouse, they customer care agent finally removed delivery 6 from my warehouse but till date i am still billed for over-stay on delivery 9... You can imagine me paying 152 usd for storage charge on an item of 800 usd. my bill keeps increasing daily and i can't take this anymore.... HOW CAN I PAY A TOTAL OF N115,000 ON AN ITEM OF N248,000 how do they expect me to sell it and make profit THIS IS MY TENTH TIME OF USING STMD TO SHIP ITEMS AND I CAN NEVER VOUCH FOR THEM... ANYBODY USING THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS IS DOING SO AT HIS/HER OWN RISK.. AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN STMD

STMD n Nduka...people warned me not 2 use ya service but u assured me all will b fine..i bought a rosary 4rm amazon 4 N3728.80 and u guys wanna collect N9511.60 to bring it??...is dis d way u act? Shipment #96602

Secondly, a pair of shoe 4rm China cost N7887.6 n u charging me N13,654.36 to ship (Standard shipping) .....Abeg look in2 dis as dis is my 1st time...Prove people wrong n reverse dis outrageous charges. Shipment #96761

Can someone please suggest a better shipping company for me please? With the kind of complains here about these guys I don't think I can use them. Good experience seems to be one in ten. There's so much complain about insincerity of these guys when costing a package. I doubt I'll fall in the category of the 'ones' who have a good experience with them. Someone should please suggest a better & affordable shipping company for me please. Thank you.

Their PRO who used to respond to every complaint seem to have given up hence he's not showing up here anymore to defend his company. Is this evidence that they are not up to the task?

i personally think that shoptomydoor means well for her teeming customers, I believe that what they do is commendable judging from how they ship and deliver, however, there is an urgent need for them to look into cases of how they charge for shipping which is mostly blamed on dimension. They might give you a 32 dollar fee for goods you bought for nine dollars, truth be told, such exorbitant fee will discourage more and more clients, guys at shoptomydoor please have a rethink, your charges for cheap items are way too high

Have used them severally. They'll deliver your items but their charges are quite unreasonable and way too exorbitant.

I have requested since December 30, 2016 the the shipment number #90504 be discarded from my account. This was long before the 21 day expiry because i found no use for it anymore. Despite several request, appeal and phone calls, the item still remains in my account.

Now i want to ship items to my account but cannot do so because the item you left will be calculated with the new purchase.

I am tired and confused! How else should i place this request
