Actually they're all correct, the only difference is in their frequency of usage with more/most handsome used more than the latter in your post

san316: Ok. The one i notice is how we interchange it's and its. The first means 'it is' while the other is a possessive pronoun. Some people instead of saying 'married woman' they say 'marriage woman'. And for me, i have issues spelling words having vowels 'I' and 'E' together. Eg, deceive, recieve, concieve. *i'm not sure if i spelt them correctly.

Nah it's receive and conceive...It's can also mean 'it has'

epospiky: Aha! Just learnt something today. deft slap not dirty slap as commonly used. Please is it afterall or after all? 'Afterall' we learn daily.

It's After all.

Deft slap could be correct since it means quick and neat so you can give some one a deft slap buh that doesn't mean 'dirty slap' is wrong...dirty" in this case is used as an intensifier, or it denotes the form in which the slap was delivered i.e an 'underhand' slap

londoner: @OP, I had a good laugh. We all sometimes make grammatical mistakes and have to go back to edit. It becomes an issue, when we don't realise that it is a mistake. I quite often make spelling mistakes, I must say.

You really hit the nail on the head, but for me it's the way common words are pronounced which is quite shocking.

I often wonder whether Nigerians know about the concept of silent letters, in common English words.

Especially, words like plumber, or bomb. The 'b' which should be silent, is instead pronounced.

I hate it soo much.....lol

You guys should really stop generalizing every negativity...just cuz a few or even most people do something doesn't make it okay to tag the nation as doing it.

Marc9: The sad thing is that most people on this thread pointing out grammatical errors and spellings likely never scored Distinction(A1) in their English language. Can a white man spell "SANGO"? (I bet he'd spell it as SONG-O), can he spell "MAGUN"? (MAGOON). So what's the fuss about eh? And when would white men begin to study Yoruba, or Igbo or Hausa as a language course in their School curricula?

What in the name of God are you going on about.. English is your lingua franca for crying out loud. And btw some whites do study our tribal languages though there's no reason they should., it's not like u go around studying Native American languages like Coushatta , Aleut, Alutiiq I mean why should you? and why should they?
