i need to organise a picnic in Nigeria for youths
and it would be a christain gathering.

2. The activities to liven up the day

i will suggest an eatry joint where they have hall and i will arrange ya a group of youth who dance,sing gospel songs and so on sha,

dancing competion.

first are u in lagos?, if yes then the venue gotta b a rec park or beach, n they aboun in lagos, n u just pay next to nuthin to use the venue

u gotta include dancing /singing competition [depends on their ages]
talk show, prefarabely on friendship/dating/sex, depending on thier ages
so it all boils down to ages

k venue is settled then, if u wanna save costs, try the beaches, kuramo, barbeach, badagry, cowrie, etc
or the parks,, think there is one in ikeja, cant reaaly remeber the name,
include puzzules n games,
n token prizes 4 winners, then jokes
i supz its a mixed sex thing?/, so if u settle for a beach, then u cud do stuff like volleyball/tug of ware n other simple ball games.
if its a mixed sex thing, then a game pitting the guys against the gals wud be fine

dont forget to have a relationship/sex/dating talkshow,
its quite interesting.if u arrange it well, pit the guys against the ladies, etc
also include a getting 2 know u game, where participants aim to see who is good at remebering personal info about other memebers , [i presume most of the participants dont know each other 2 welll]

u cud also come along with a board games like scrabble chess, etc
dont 4get 2 get a portable cd player
