There's this soup eaten by mostly Idoma and Tivs from Benue state called "okoho soup"

No eat dat soup na die... You need hold knife for one hand to take cut the soup back into the place if not yu go swallow everytin in one gulp.

Also, tuwon toka( ash) eaten by gbagyis. Say na ash dem dey take do am instead of corn or wheat flour.

Tuwon toka is not made of ash.ash is simply added in d water before putting d maize flour.its very gud,i prefare it to ordinary tuwo yet i'm not gbagyi oo.even witout putin it in fridge,it can stay for days once u warm it,gud to eat.
