******** (Nairaland Election)******

This is what iv been thinking, don't know if its in place before or whether some pple are on it... The Nairaland politics should be shaped..

IMO Nairaland should/will surely become a real factor/determinant in Nigeria politics.. Something Like The Centenary Forum/page on FB.. Nairaland have more political minds (Comrades and Student political office holders and stake holders are here on Nairaland)

Now this is my guess or wish.. Its high time Nairaland will be represented in the OFFLINE Nigeria politics.. High time we let the politicians know opinions are wasting here on Nairaland (that is if our opinion are not going out of NL before, I don't know)

That's why I'll be suggesting a Nairaland Election... I mean to choose Nairaland Representatives.. Yes A Nairaland President, Senators, Ministers, Reps, and we can be presented to the Nigeria real politics....

I don't know maybe it could work or there is something going on like that on other people's mind.. Just a suggestion..
Please drop your opinion and let's how it can happen..

Most def, it should.
There are human beings behind each handle, not bots.
I won't be surprised if it's revealed that most political voices on NL are hired.
Sometimes politics is wroth it, other times, it's just BS.

Well, i think the mods and supermods equally serve this roles.

You can't expect to know the mod of Family or know the frequent users of the Family Section if you don't visit there regularly, as u don't know all d senators and reps in Nigeria.

But u can get that info by clicking on the section, and at the bottom of the page u will get to see moderators, as u will see the list of senators, reps and so on by searching for it.

We don't need to create unnecessary setups, the setup on ground is okay.
