Production Manager
Responsibilities
 The Candidate would be expected to manage the production department and coordinate its interaction with departments to achieve customer and company requirements related to quality, service and cost, as well as contribute to the long-term competitiveness of the company
 Develop, lead and motivate a production team and create annual budget for areas of responsibility and manage the overall costs within the allocated budgets.
 Define operational objectives, goals and plans to support the organizational strategy and objectives
 Deploy resources required to meet operational requirements
 Review progress against operational plans
 Ensure objectives and targets are agreed and communicated to team
 Ensure Quality and Safety standards are adhered to maintained and improved
 Manage system to ensure consistent delivery of high quality production

Operation Manager
Job description
• Inventory Management Manage a vast array of stock items from over 200 suppliers
• worldwide. Develop and monitor the Company’s inventory and warehousing facilities.
• Evaluate and select information technology solutions (ERP, manual cross check systems) to improve tracking, storage and inventory. Oversee the activities of the company Inventory Supervisor and stock controllers.
• Ensure zero or minimal inventory loss. Knowledge of Computer application/ project
• Champion and train operations team on quality

Marketing Manager:
Responsibilities
• Search, discover, and learn about the sub-regional market of audiovisual and develop a thorough understanding of the audiovisual market (stakeholders, reliable partners ...)
• Identify the most reliable partners, the most interesting projects and programs already completed, the most relevant to the needs of the company in terms of content.
• Research and find African productions to enrich the catalog of the company.
• Develop and secure a relationship with rights holders, and conduct negotiations, to allow the company to distribute their programs and participate in the financing of ongoing projects.
• Maintain a close relationship with the rights holder and initiate negotiations to reach contractual agreements
• Make offers to producers and ensure the administrative and financial monitoring of the process

Store Manager

Responsibilities:

o Reporting to the Store Manager, you will carry out general warehouse duties as directed by the Store Manager.
o You will contribute towards systematising and assisting in ensuring smooth functioning of all warehouse activities. In addition,
o you will conduct the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking and dispatch of goods and supplies.
o You must have good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines is essential.
o You must be able to work under pressure, prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods. You must be computer literate.

Responsibilities:
• A smart and experienced accountant to assist in all company accounting activities including financial record keeping, reporting and analysis.
