Our client Waslan International Nigeria Enterprise is a travel and tour firm and they seek to fill this position with a suitable candidate

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle guests’ reservations and ticketing queries, achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets.
• Comply with all TK reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries, pre-flight checks, timeliness, grooming, courtesy etc)
• Attend to guest problems, escalating to higher levels as required.
• Keep self-update on product, service, policies and procedures.
• In a state of flight disruption, liaise with all involved (guests and colleagues alike) in a positive manner and maintain revenue and guest satisfaction requirements.
• Handle queues, PTA issues, TODs and re-issues in a timely manner
• Required to work in shifts as well as to cover airport tickets sales duties.

Requirements:
• Should possess an OND/HND
• Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.
• Strong verbal and written English is essential.
• Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills.
