A dusk to dawn curfew has been imposed in Ekiti State following strings of civil disorder that has enveloped the state in the last 48hours. Of recent is the killing of a prominent NURTW member who was shot to death by yet to be identified assailants. The Governor,Dr Kayode Fayemi has in a state-wide broadcast announced the imposition of the curfew in a bid to curtail any further breakdown of law and order in the state. |
