Once you get to ramat park, you have gotten to the centre. DIICT is a short walk from ramat park

If you are coming from sapele rd, take a bus to ringroad. From there, take a bus to ikpoba hill. As soon as u pass ramat, stop at Anambra supermarket. DIICT is just there. If u r driving, google map it.
