Stage One: Indiscriminate procreation without proper family planning while the elites' kids enjoy the good life both at home and abroad. Kids of the poor talakawas are apprentice beggars Stage 2: Roaming about with dirty clothes, unkempt and scavenging for crumbs from tables in restaurants, motor parks etc... only Quranic lessons, no Western Education encouraged Stage 3: Willing tools for mayhem and gridlock.... used extensively for election/religious violence Stage 4: Boko Haram murderers without a mind of their own THANK GOD FOR THE NEW ALMAJIRI SCHOOLS...
