I got same too. How long has this been?

I have not gotten reply from them after the 2nd stage... in the earlier mail sent since last month, the said mu application is under consideration and would be commincated in due time.

Very simple, try to rate urself high in favourable personality trait like teamwork. u must be morderate and consistent in ur approach. Thus, if u have chosen to demonstrate strength in teamwork and decision making, u must always rate them high at all times even wen the statements are twisted.... I hope it helps
