Skye Bank Concludes Mainstreet Bank Buyout Deal, Pays 20% Deposit by jide53: 7:22am On Oct 10, 2014
Skye Bank Plc Wednesday in Lagos signed the agreeement for 100 per cent buyout of Mainstreet Bank from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).

The Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Timothy Oguntayo, signed on behalf of the bank, while AMCON was represented by its executive management.

I believe it will affect it positively so buy shares now before it triples in the next few months.
