JOB TITLE : RETAIL DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

REPORTS TO: AREA SALES MANAGER


LOCATION : LAGOS . Driving Test, Aptitude test and Interview will take place in Lagos but note that successful applicants can be posted to any part of Nigeria afterwards.

DUTIES.

- Redistribution of company products across brands.

- Discover new outlets.

- Creating market for the slow moving brands.

- Develop new customer.

- Provide market intelligence information.

- Weekly report rendition.

- Weekly journey plan execution.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Level of Area Brand Awareness.
Spread/width of material deployment.
Competitive Activity Reporting.
Professional Execution of Events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

BSc/HND
Minimum of 0-1 years working experience
Good interpersonal skills.
Good Driving Skill.
Not more than 30 YEARS
Excellent Communication Skills
Good interpersonal relationship
