Did you know that government is supposed to provide FREE UNIVERSITIES? See what the Constitution says in section 18, subsection (3): "Government shall strive to eradicate illiteracy; and to this end Government shall as and when PRACTICABLE provide- (b) free university education" Now the question is: when will it be PRACTICABLE? |
