* Party planner/coordinator (full time)

The role of Party planner is hands-on and often involves working as part of a team. Applicants must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. They must work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of any event.

-PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, business meetings etc

- Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.

- Book Vendors and necessary staff

- Negotiate and secure event space.

- Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.

- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

- Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to promote and market the event company

- Prepare client presentations.

- Send out invitations and manage RSVP list.

- Hire staff to manage the event, including bouncers and security personnel.

- Manage correspondence and all social media platform of the company

- Coordinate event logistics, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.

- Keep inventory of all decor materials and supplies

Please note that Applicants for this post MUST be

~ FLUENT in written and spoken English
~ have at least HND
~ have experience and details of previous events planned/coordinated
~ be creative

Renumeration is Salary and commission based.


* Party Coordinator (part time)

Must have at least SSCE ( undergraduates may apply)
Renumeration is based on the number of hours worked


* Venue Designers and Decorators
